Utah Inspections was very thorough and found a lot of important issues hidden inside walls. Things we never could have seen on our own. Leaks. Poor insulation. Nails coming out in the attic. Broken shingles on the roof. Very glad we got the inspection and used Utah Inspections LLC. Very easy to work with and great info in the report.

Glenn came and gave us a home inspection on our new build by R5. He did a fantastic job! Glenn was awesome to work with. As a very concerned home owner, I wanted to be a part of in inspection! He welcomed me and give me all these tips and tricks on homes! He was super nice and very knowledgeable in his profession. He answered all my questions and did it with a smile on his face. His communication while booking was exceptional as well. I had to push him back a day due to my builder being delayed, and he had no problem with it! Use Glenn, you will not be disappointed!

We had Glenn come over to inspect our home. Our home is a year and a half old and I didn’t think it needed an inspection. Our neighbor who is a close friend and lives on the same street had Glenn over and he found some serious issues that needed to be addressed. I was surprised because their home is newer than ours.
Glenn came over and man I sure am glad he did. We had several things wrong on our roof including a vent that was never nailed down.. the vent had slid down exposing a hole through the plywood, directly into the attic. Having Glenn over saved us thousands of dollars in repairs. On top of that, Glenn went above and beyond, going over everything, and answered all our questions

We had a great experience working with Glenn. We have been in our home for several years and haven’t had anything looked at in that time. His experience and expertise has given us a really good idea of the state of our home and things that we can give attention to and the things that are in a good state. He took the time to go over things and show what he was seeing even while still at our house.
